This is one of the more interesting volumes, as we finally see how everyone's story is coming together. Syaoran gets transported to Kurogane's past, where he learns of the terrible events that led Kurogane to become a ninja in Japan. After witnessing Kurogane's hardships, Syaoran picks up on a small detail that links the events in Clow Country to the deaths of Kurogane's parents . Although I do love some of the fillers in the other volumes, it's nice to have the story back on track. Can't wait to move on!
