Hush, Hush - Becca Fitzpatrick All I really have to say about this book is SO CONFUSING. I want to know more about falling angels and nephilim in Fitzpatrick's world. I feel like the only reason I know do much is from reading Cassandra Clare and Richelle Mead. As other reviewers have mentioned, Patch is a creepier (though sexier) version of Edward. But seriously Nora, how dumb are you? Why would you hang around with and trust a guy who has fully admitted that he wants to kill you? No matter how sexy he is!Then there's the fact that I totally guessed who the bad guy was within the first 50 pages of the book. While there was more than one villain, Fitzpatrick didn't do much to hide them from us. You were already suspicious of them from the beginning, then as new clues came to light, I was like "I basically know the ending now so maybe it's okay to stop". I don't know if I'll read the rest of this series. Nora is pretty annoying as a character and can't really do much for herself (ie. very weak heroine). If I didn't want to know more about this fallen angel deal, I probably wouldn't bother.
